The story centres around a 24-year-old gamer named Jody, who has been playing the online game “Warcry Fantasia” for three years. His most trusted in-game companion and partner is a highly reliable, muscular, and completely bald male avatar (the "Hage Ojisan").

However, Jody's perception is turned upside down when he discovers that the person behind this buff, bald uncle avatar is actually a beautiful young girl who happens to be a hardcore, weapon-upgrading gamble addict in the game. The plot follows the hilarious gap between her tough online persona and her real-life appearance, exploring how their three-year-old online friendship evolves into an unexpected romantic comedy.
